Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SendLint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SendLint is an email quality assurance platform that analyzes HTML email content against an approved copy deck and per-client brand rules. It performs automated checks across copy alignment, accessibility, links, images, spam signals, metadata, and rendering; renders email in a sandboxed browser; offers optional AI-assisted review; and supports team collaboration, multi-round tracking, QA sign-off with an exportable compliance record, and programmatic access via a public API. The Service processes the content you submit and generates reports; it is an aid to your QA process and does not send emails to end recipients.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each account and each purchased seat is licensed to a single named individual and may not be shared: concurrent use of one account by multiple people requires a seat for each user. We may notify account owners of sign-ins from new devices, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts that show credential sharing until additional seats are provisioned. If you generate API keys, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity performed with them; treat a key like a password and revoke any key you believe is compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended API
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
5. Content Ownership & Sharing
You retain all ownership rights to the email content you upload to SendLint. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service, including transmitting it to the sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy (such as our AI provider for optional AI-assisted review).
Public share links. The Service lets you generate public, unauthenticated links to share a report or round brief with people outside your organization. Anyone holding an active link can view the shared content without an account. You are solely responsible for whom you distribute these links to and for ensuring you have the right to share the content. Links expire by default after 30 days and can be revoked by you at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
SendLint provides automated quality checks as a tool to assist your QA process. The Service does not guarantee error-free emails. You are responsible for final review and approval of all email content before sending. SendLint shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on the Service's analysis results.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
